 We define our own success. So why do so many of us end up on personal or professional paths that are not fulfilling, even if outwardly, we are "successful'? Perhaps we're operating from someone else's map of success - a parent's, a peer's, a teacher's, or the person we were 15 years ago? We know it doesn't have to be that way, but often we just aren't sure how to make the changes that can help us create the business, work, and life, we really want.
New Business Blueprints is a coaching company committed to helping our clients put the WOW back into their work. We work with you to create and implement a new blueprint, of your own design, for how you want to work, and live. WHO WE ARE
About Caroline Elias, Founder & Director of New Business Blueprints
 Caroline's formal experience as a coach began in February 2004 when she enrolled with Coach U, the worldwide industry leader in coach training. She started working with clients part-time and in 2006 founded New Business Blueprints.
In addition to her formal training, she has significant experience in personal development, including completing Landmark Education - The Forum and Advanced Course; an NLP for Coaches Workshop; and certifying as a  personal branding strategist. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is currently working towards her ICF certification.
Caroline's background as a coach draws heavily on her experience in business. She has over 10 years experience working in Russia, USA & UK, consulting Russian and international private companies, not-for-profits and government bodies in business development, marketing & investment promotion and attraction. Clients included The World Bank, MIGA, R-Style, the National Agency for Direct Investment, and Sesame Workshop, for whom she developed and implemented a re-branding & business development strategy, raising US $2mm sponsorship.
Caroline is an international citizen, having lived abroad in Seychelles, Saudi Arabia, UAE, USA, France, Russia & UK, as well as travelling to over 40 countries worldwide. She holds a BA (Hons.) in Russian Language & Literature and an MSc in E-Commerce & Organisational Psychology. She speaks French and Russian and lives and works in London & Moscow.
